The next day in cooking class, we did a blind taste test between raspberries from the grocery store and the raspberries that we picked from the farm. It was easy for everyone to tell the difference because both the taste and texture are really different. Most of us agreed that the berries from the farm were much tastier! After that, we made a delicious berry crisp using the raspberries from Larriland. And, while we waited for the crisp to bake, we snacked on cucumbers we picked from our garden. Gotta love the summer! :)
